Once construction begins, our team takes full responsibility for managing the job site, subcontractors, and daily operations. Our project manager ensures that timelines are followed, safety standards are upheld, and the job site is in a neat and orderly state at all times. We maintain open communication throughout the build, providing regular updates and staying responsive to any questions or adjustments that may need to be made. Our involvement doesn’t end when the building is complete. In the post-construction phase, we conduct a comprehensive final walkthrough, ensure all punch list items are resolved, and provide any necessary documentation or warranties. We also review maintenance procedures and ensure you’re fully prepared to occupy and operate your new space.
