About Us

Building in Eastern Idaho since 1995

The JAB Story

JAB Construction began in 1995 and has spent more than three decades helping Eastern Idaho clients bring their homes and commercial spaces to life. From the beginning, our work has centered on getting the details right and building lasting relationships with the people who trust us with their vision.

Honesty, communication, and follow-up guide how we build. We take time to understand what matters to you, talk openly through decisions, and stay connected from the first conversation through completion and beyond.

Experienced leadership. Personal involvement.

Meet Jaramie Magera

Owner · Manager

Building a home is personal. It starts with trust in the people who will help bring your vision to life. With more than 30 years of construction experience, Jaramie brings an attentive eye for detail, practical knowledge, and straightforward communication to every project.

From residential homes to commercial spaces, Jaramie stays involved with clients and the JAB team throughout the building process. You’ll work with him during your initial meeting and throughout design and planning, giving you the opportunity to share what matters most, ask questions, and draw on his experience as your project takes shape.

That involvement extends to the team behind every build. Jaramie’s experience helps guide planning, decision-making, and attention to detail while empowering the JAB team to take ownership of their work. The result is a collaborative approach built around thoughtful planning, accountability, and getting the details right.

Honesty, communication, and follow-through are central to that approach. Jaramie values getting to know the people he builds for and developing relationships that last well beyond completion. The goal is not only a well-built home, but confidence in the people building it and in the team that will stand behind it for years to come.

An involved owner. A committed team. People you can turn to throughout your build.
