When we met Jaramie at Jab Construction for the first time, we knew he was the person we wanted to build our house. He listened to our wants and needs and we could tell he was experienced in the building industry. After working with Jaramie, we found he is very knowledgeable, highly competent, well organized and focused. He is very much a hands-on person. He was concerned about the progress and quality of the work. He is always there to answer any questions or concerns. The people he hires are also competent, knowledgeable, and reliable. Work was performed in a very timely manner. Our house is very well constructed and was kept clean inside and out during the construction process.

This is not the first house we have built, but from the experience we had with the rebuild, we would highly recommend Jaramie and Jab Construction to anyone who wants a quality house or building built. We love our home. Building a home can be pretty stressful, but we were very satisfied with the process and with the result. Our home was constructed in time and on budget. We still receive compliments on our beautiful home.

Jaramie Magera is one of those builders who understands that a home is most likely the biggest investment any of us will ever make. He truly cares and takes pride in what he does. Working with Jaramie before, during, and after the construction of our home was nothing short of amazing. His attention to detail worked great with my OCD personality, and his patience with all of my questions was incredible! It’s been 9 years since we moved in, and I can still call Jaramie when the need arises (because, to him, the job is never over).
