What Separates Us From Other Builders
When it comes to building a home, homeowners expect more than just the bare minimum. They want performance, efficiency, and long-term value. By integrating advanced materials, thoughtful design, and high-quality finishes, JAB Construction can deliver a custom home that is both comfort and durable while meeting the demands of everyday living.
Structure
Starting with the foundational elements of every home, we use high-quality engineered wood, such as LVL beams and I-joists. These beams and joists are specifically chosen for their superior strength and extended span capabilities. Using these allows for more open floor plans and structural reliability. This approach not only enhances the architectural possibilities of a space, but also ensures long-term stability.
JAB construction also ensures proper temperature regulation in every home we build by exceeding the requirements for insulation. Blown-in insulation and high R-value batts provide consistent coverage, filling gaps and hard-to-reach areas. With double or triple-pane windows from brands like Marvin, Andersen, and Pella, homeowners benefit from improved thermal performance, noise reduction, and durability. JAB Construction also utilizes smart thermostats and home automation options to give homeowners greater control over their environment, improving both convenience and energy management.
Our attention to detail continues with detailed trim work, baseboards, finish carpentry, and lighting. These elements bring a polished, cohesive look to the home, elevating the overall design and showcasing craftsmanship. Our LED lighting packages provide energy efficiency, long-lasting performance, and reduces maintenance while providing high-quality illumination.
Customizations
With JAB construction, every aspect of your home will be tailored to your needs and preferences. This includes but is not limited to;
Custom cabinetry with soft-close hardware, which offers a refined, quiet experience while maximizing storage and organization.
Quartz or granite countertops provide a balance of durability and style, making them an ideal choice for kitchens and bathrooms alike.
Freestanding tubs and showers featuring advanced waterproofing systems that ensure longevity and protection against moisture. All plumbing fixtures are high-quality and come from trusted brands such as Delta or Moen, combining reliability with modern design.
Built to Last
By combining these high-performance materials and features, homeowners can achieve a space that is not only visually stunning but also built to last. Investing in quality construction and thoughtful design ensures that every aspect of the home contributes to comfort, efficiency, and long-term value.
